You know I can't remember my first experience of "fizzy pop" as we'd call it. I can remember the first time I tried making my own pop, because I made myself ill! I think I was about 6 or 7. Lol!

I remember my orange crush like it was just last year....I was camping with my family(I must have been about 5) and we opened up the soda machine(in those days you pulled them out of the top, and they were bottle:.. and I drank it by the water, and I think there was an earthen dam in front of me with water pouring off the top....wow, that's amzaing... this had to be 45 years ago or more... but I'm a strange creature, I can remember things from before my eyes were even focused as a newborn baby... I remember it clearly... and this may be why I have become an artist...how ever good I am as an artist I can only guess...but it's influence is there..

My true earliest, vivid memory is sitting on the backseat of my mum and dad's new Morris Minor car. The seats were made of red plastic and they were hot and clammy. I had a little white sun hat on, and the sun was shining outside very brightly. I can even remember the exact point on the road we were travelling on at the moment that memory was fixed in my brain! I could go to within two or three feet of the exact spot! I think it was my first experience of riding in a new car. I can also see my mum's face in great detail, as she was talking to me over the back of the car seat!

I remember a show called Rumpole of the Bailey, he always refered to his wife as "She who must be obeyed".... I use that phrase much when I first married Susu...lol btw, the next round's on me....

Used to watch the original Rumpole series with my parents. My dad used to have a silent laugh and would be in stitches all the time!
My first boss used to quote that phrase all the time about his wife. I then noticed just how many people used it subsequently! Absolute classic line! Probably not much appreciated by the fairer sex!! lol!

Its a tasty image! Very nicely done with the bold bright colors. I love all the smaller details like the smaller bubbles are round oranges in my case LOL.
