Also, this Raikou's stripes will glow a bright blue when attacking, and depending on the power of the attack depends on how bright they get

Tarb and I actually talked about that (he claimed Darkrai way back when i started these). Any Legend/Pokemon that i do in this that's ALREADY a Dark type will instead get Psychic added to them. so Darkrai will be lighter than the others
