I'm back!Like I promised, here we go again, kicking off the final arc. A little background on Kairi and her master Aqua. As I mentioned before and is written down in the comic section: this story follows the Kingdom Hearts timeline all the way up to the end of Kingdom Hearts III. Her training with Aqua was later actually confirmed by Melody of Memories, which is pretty funny. Can't believe I called that. XD
Readers that have been with me from all the way back in my early days may recognise references to KH: Dawn of War in here, though I kept things pretty vague on purpose cause I haven't decided how much of it is actually canon. Because, you know, it's not... really... that good, let's be honest. For now just keep in mind that everything mentioned and happening in the WC series is canon. Whatever happened in KH: DoW is still up for debate.

Yes, at last, the grand finale begins! Glad to see you're back, Crydius, I missed you! P.S. I love the master/student relationship between Aqua and Kairi you intoned here. It makes me excited for the future of Kingdom Hearts, even after III is released. Makes me hope such things, where the new generation learns from the old guard. It's an awesome concept. Keep up the good work! Can't wait for the next page to come out!

Glad you liked it Joshua. And yeah, I really hope they do something like that in KH III when the new generation meets the old. I've got pretty high expectations of that game, which I know is not really a good thing as it's easier to be disappointed but still, considering how long they've been working on it it's got to be good, right?

i dont know if you have read the dc event comic, Dark Nights Metal, but if id love to see your take on a dark multiverse is Crydius survives, see what he could work with the most nightmareish things ever dreamed of, think he could work with the Batman who laughs and Barbatos, than the others could fight nightmare versions of themselves, just some food for thought.

Well as I said, this story follows the Kingdom Hearts timeline all the way up to the end of Kingdom Hearts II. Everything after that (Coded, DDD, and probably KH III) is not canon here (cause honestly back in the day I thought KHII was the end of it. How wrong I was).
In this universe Xehanort was destroyed after both his Heartless and Nobody were killed (instead of that actually bringing him back somehow, which still makes no sense)and this is what happened to Aqua and Ven. Depending on what happens in KHIII I might change a few things here and there but for now let's not make things anymore complicated than they already are. ^^'
