I truly love the full design of Static. (his eyes are still my favourite part no matter what). He sounds like a good character to me tbh (then again I feel like all your characters are well made). His attitude came to a surprise at me. The first picture you did of him, I didn’t except him to be the bubbly kind of guy.

well thats going back 4-6 years ago (remember learning the time frame Staic was born in when I was in grade 10 (Canadian history) and in my final year of highschool (world history)). From what I remember from the 20's its called the roaring 20's. (please correct me if I'm wrong) Within the 20's there were more urban living than rural, the wealth at the time was huge, and political were hugely changed. Also there was more of a change in culture as well like more use of slang, dancing and music. Since Static was born late in the 20's he was more likely to be really growing up in early 30's which is where the great depression happen (1929-1939??).
