Description Picture of July of my calendar for 2012 (I hope it was July ... otherwise it was August ... I always mistake these two).

Speaks for itself as well, I guess. Reference were two pictures I got from who had them from someone else ... and that's where my line of knowledge about the origin of those pictures ends.

Done with aquarel in about 5-6 hours.

I like the roughness to this picture, it really adds to the effect, I like it a lot, well done!

So ... uh ... ok, just noticed I transferred "aquarell" directly from german to english. It's actually watercolour, but since aquarell is a bit better than normal watercolour, I used to prefer this term. Thanks for asking nevertheless ... I'll keep in mind that such an english term doesn't exist and correct it as soon as I have more time.

I really like this picture. But everything in it pointing where its white in the middle. Is it an explosion?

Thanks a lot (also for faving). That "white" in the middle is supposed to be the central star of this planet, therefore it's shining really brightly. Well, I hope that also explains why everything is pointing towards it.
