here we have an updated version of my fancy!Jin from November of '09.***
before you point it out, I know her arm looks... off. It wasn't off when I drew it! I swear her sleeve was in a way see-through because I drew the arm without the sleeve then added it! IT'S THE TRUTH I TELL YA!!!

anyway, since I've gotten the good Photoshop since my last "Jin of Ba Sing Se" I decided to update.
that's about it. And to those wondering, yes I'm pretty sure that people in the Earth Kingdom have blue in their clothing sometimes. Like the townspeople on Kiyoshi Island.
PS: for some reason I've been putting off posting this even though it's been finished for over a week... what that reason is I'm not entirely sure... maybe it's cuz of her arm..

Her arm looks off because you drew the sleeve wrong. The opening of her sleeve should be facing towards us due to the positioning of the arm, is all

With the hand holding the fan, you drew the sleeve "facing" to her right by giving it this shape --> (
When you should have drawn it facing "towards" us by giving it this shape --> 0
