It's called making GFX banners, I never said I drew them. They are used for forums and I'm only responsible for the editing. Deviantart considers it as art seeing as they have a whole category dedicated to this kind of stuff. It's like photo manipulation.

All she or he is doing is working with a simple edit technique making what she or he feels makes the art work feel better she didn't post it for ppl like you to complain that's she's a copier, she posted it others to enjoy and get a sense of inspiration from it.
