saturday morning carto--...COMIC!horrible fact: in the original nes super mario bros you can get "infinite" lives from some turtles. but there's NO such a thing as infinite lives, if you get more that 126,,,you die....alone...killed by your own greed.

Immortal means you never die, not that you lived from the beginning of time.
Or, alternatively, she's immortal 'Highlander' style.
Either way, immortality didn't kick in until she was born, which was after the turtle park closed.

Yes, she is the younger sister, but a thousand years is a thousand years. I estimate her age to be about 1040 years MINIMUM. Unless being evil/imprisoned stops the aging process, I don't see how she'd get the life boost that Celestia is implied to have from these antics. Even if Luna was, say 30 when they overthrew Discord, they would have to have ruled for a pretty damn long time before Luna felt the sheer shun that caused her transformation. Fury like that doesn't happen overnight, pun intended. Add to that she also helped defeat Sombra, which I presume happened about at least a decade later, that's probably about
50 years, followed by shared rule that slowly ate at her psyche, which I'd place at a round century.
Now, I'd be the first to say that Alicorns have some weird lifespan, considering the extremely minute change of Celestia over the years (and yes, I realize that she's the one with the broken life meter), and the regular aging of Cadence over the years, I'm lead to assume that Alicorns age regularly, to a point. Which could put Luna to being born from either a few decades before fighting Discord, to possibly the year after this comic takes place.
TL;DR Simply put, your response doesn't really answer my question.
Now about my first question, I am also starting to believe that B.H. stands for Before Harmony, but now I'm left to wonder, WHICH harmony?
First there was the one with the windigos, which was before C&L, and then there was the one with Discord. So we're left to assume that at least Celestia has about 2.3k years until she fights Discord for the first time.
Again, back to my last point, that's a span of over two millennia for Luna to have been born in.
Damn, when I want to make a point, I make a point. Hell, I wrote an entire episode based on a picture of Spike being angry at Twilight.
