Yes, this did used to be the head for my Fever fursuit. However, I am taking a different design route with the character, making the current head obsolete, so I've refurbished it as a standard white cat.
The resin base for this mask was kindly provided by *Qarrezel , aka Clockwork Creature Studios. Everything else was put together by me. Features a moving jaw and removable earrings.

A plain white cat mask would cost £280. Though, as stated in the description, please bear in mind that I did not create the resin base for this particular mask. I will be working on my own cat sculpt in a couple of months.

Oh right, sorry I misunderstood the question. A mask like this would cost around £250, with a moving jaw. Though do bear in mind that I did not make the base for this one, so a commissioned cat mask would have a slightly different shape.
