Give me a million dollars a few supped up Ford Falcons and some motor cyclists on Japanese bikes posing as a 'bikergang' and I will make a proper mad max film for the 21st century given that the original creator can't get shit right! The Fury road comic was awesome but the film was only good when the characters were driving. Of course for my film to work I'd need a few Nazi arm bands and wine coolers to be on hand so I can keep Mel functioning on Camera. Frankly I would remake the first film only more like today's world similar to a robocop remake. Also didn't the Feral Child become the narrator at the end telling the story of Max leading the Northern Tribe? I am currently wondering if I can convert a Mercury Capri into a Pursuit Special. I mean Fury road was probably the first mad max film that lacked homosexual antagonists. Although to be fair Joe fucked up as a tyrant giving those wives knowledge. He should have known it would only sow the seeds of decent. A few questions I have is why the hell did a US Marine start a cult in Australia, and how did Max or the kid roam the irradiated desert for 45 years and not end up a walking cancer factory?
