Vil , owner of the establishment. Handmaid to Minasha. Warrior and part time burgler.

Minasha of House Ossneld. A dark elf and younger sister who had to flee upon the death of her mother. Currently serving as a barmaid at the Darkling Inn while persuing her magical studies.

Ulola, goblin girl. Currently serving as barmaid at the Darkling Inn, and a servant to Minasha in prior days. Her survival and subsequent appearance was a surprise.

Elise Enarwin, a tropics elf. Barmaid at the Darkling Inn. Elise comes from southern lands. She is tall, confident and tatooed. She has a thing for Sera Phym.

Sera Phym, a Tiefling, also called Sara (but these names are aliases and no one knows her real name). Sera came to the Darkling Inn with Isabella the Bard, and found work there as a singer and entertainer. She helps out tending tables, and runs several games of chance. Elise and she have a relationship.

Tobias H. Bracebelt, young halfling, who serves as general gofer around the Inn. Camilla dotes on him, while he tries to pick up skills in burglary from the rest of the crew.

Camilla Fairhand, a fairy elf, is the Proprietor of the Darkling Inn. She keeps the books, along with making sure everything runs smoothly at the establishment. Married to Tholin, she's something of a green-eyed monster when it comes to the other girls. Still, she's open to flattery and has been known to dally with customers who show appreciation of her beauty (provided Tholin doesn't find out).

Tholin Stoneheart, a duegar (dwarf). Bartender and bouncer at the Darkling Inn. His job is to keep the place peaceful, and he does a good job at it. Married to Camilla Fairhand, he is deeply enamored with the fairy elf, putting up with her scolding and temper tantrums with a deep resignation, knowing they'll make up before the night is over (in tempestuous fashion).
