That-light-reflection-totally-pwns. I've tried so many times to do it, and failed misrably, but you have done it so fwippin' WELL! Especially when you look at it from far away too

There's a trick to the underwater lighting thing, I've learned. It's really simple if you know how to do cell-shading. Basically, any area that isn't shaded has the underwater-lighting squiggles all over it. It's simple, sort of. xD;;

Very well executed, although I'd center her in the picture with the whole tail showing. Her exspression is SPOOKY--almost as if a mermaid that looked like the Disney version had much more sinister intentions...

It's because she's underwater, and I tried too hard to get that effect, which is another reason I really dislike the picture.
