Description
And we're starting the roster for my own Bionicle story. For the Toa, I am referencing their 2001 designs, and their weapons will be based on how they were portrayed in Bionicle HEROES. Oh, and a heads up, since the Toa have the same build and LEGO tends to recycle their molds at times, the six Toa here will all borrow traits from one another. But as an insurance policy, each is going to be put in a different pose, with the core body made from scratch (they will need to because I'm giving Gali a feminine body). The markings on Tahu's mask and chest are supposed to represent his element of fire.

Tahu will be voiced by Richard Armitage.

In the time before time, Matanui forged 18 Great Masks and gave them to the Elemental Lords. Within these masks was bound the strength and will to govern each clan. But everyone was deceived, for another mask was made. In the Shadowland, in the heart of the Black Mountain, Matanui's brother, the dark lord Makuta, forged a master mask in secret to control all others. In this mask, he poured his cruelty, his malice, and his will to dominate all life... one mask to rule them all. Matanui and Makuta battled for the freedom of Okoto Nui. Makuta was defeated, and the Mask of Absolute Power hidden away, but having spent his energy, Matanui fell into a deep slumber.

3,000 years later, the Matoran lived under the guidance of the Turaga, seven divine beings from beyond the heavens with the purpose of helping the population prepare for Makuta's return. As the mask survived, his spirit endured, and his forces searched for it, knowing whoever possessed it would have absolute power over all. But Matanui had anticipated these events, and before he fought Makuta, he created six divine warriors who could control the elements. These were the Toa, and they descended from above to banish the evil Makuta once and for all. To do so, they must find the Golden Masks of Power and destroy the One Mask.

The first of these Toa to appear was TAHU, the courageous Toa of Fire. Possessing one of the most powerful elements, he saw himself as a leader, despite the fact that he would need to work with the other Toa. Like his element, Tahu is hot-headed, hot-tempered, and feels driven to be the best. He believes he is the most heroic of his teammates. While Tahu's arrogance often lands him in trouble, he possesses great luck that often sees him through his trials. As a Toa of Fire, he is incredibly resistant to heat, and dwells in the volcanic region of Ta-Koro. Tahu wears the Kanohi Hau, the Great Mask of Shielding, which will protect him from any known attack, with the exception of ambush.
