Very nice overall.
But it I gotta say, change Milotic’s face. Or at the very least get rid of those nostrils. Milotic is regarded as the world’s most beautiful Pokémon, and those nostrils kind of make it look less beautiful.
Besides Milotic doesn’t have nostrils. So just give it something like the head of a snake (only less menacing).
