Ha, no problem! I have become so addicted to any HP/APH crossovers I find, and this probably the best I've seen. Please keep working on it! I understand needing motivation; I'm constantly abondoning some ideas for new ones

I've really gotta stop looking at these because they make me wanna give up the comic book thing. You can accomplish in seven boxes what I fail to do in TWO PAGES!!! They're also very hard to comment on. Because once you've gone through it you want to go back for a second look, then a third look, then a fourth...and you forget what it was you were starting to write so you've gotta start over again but as soon as you start writing the comment again you wanna go back for a fifth look and the whole vicious cycle continues.

I love how when you zoom out to do full bodies you use those simple lines for the faces. I mean...their eyes are just dots and lines...and yet they are so full of expression and character. And then to contrast that you follow it up with a close up and lay the Dakt style down super thick.

It really is amazing. Would wanna make someone re-evaluate if the stuff of theirs they thought was good really IS good.

WHAAAAAAAAAAAT. but but but your pages have COMPOSITION. besides, mine are just vertical single-panel things; totally different breed from comic PAGES so you're not allowed to comapre them like that

thanks it's funny; i do the simpler panels because i think it'll save me time and effort, but i end up obsessing over the subtleties of them just as much as in the full-detail ones. even more, maybe. because with only dots for eyes, the slightest change in shape or placement can convey an entirely different pose or expression. ....to me, anyway

Maybe because you use simpler panels you feel like you need to make up for that by having extreme detail and perfection in every little thing. You know...as a way to balance things out or something.

You're absolutely right about expressions. You really do need to get stuff in the right place. I've drawn so many expressions that didn't seem right and I finally figured out it was because one pupil was a millimetre off.

mmm, i'm not sure lud would take that as credible. not that he's like umbridge and thinks non-humans are inferior or anything, but you can't deny that smaller magical creatures like faeries and house-elves do seem a bit childish and easily persuaded.

only if they can present an intellectual argument... yelling in and of itself gets you no brownie points XD and even then, it's verrrrry easy for a sly adult to brainwash/manipulate/threaten/bribe/convince a kid to say what they want them to ._. besides, kids don't really know what's best for them, even if they think they do. they don't really know/care about things like adult laws and regulations.

...and by kids i'm really talking about faeries and by adults i mean wizards XDDD
