This is a really great painting. I love the style and I have been wanting to make this kind of tree. If there is no chance for a tutorial, could you tell me if you made a brush for the leaves or did you paint them one by one? If you used a brush, would you mind sharing that?

Thank you a lot. I have actually just tried it and I almost got it. I am not as subtle as you though. I like how some areas are more detailed and focused while others are just a bit faded. Still gotta work on things like that. By the way, I've had your "once upon a time in hobbiton" piece as a desktop background for such a long time. I just stare at it when i have free time to look at that great tree you made. Do you have any artists that inspire you or is it all result of experimenting on your own?
