AH another thing to add to my long list of things i've started and most likely will never finish.I wanted to join PF, so I made this chara but I couldn't finish and that didn't happen. But I put a lot of time into this.. even though I wasn't able to make a good bg. So I just decided to submit it. c: It is one of the first times I actually planned out a design and made a bunch of presketches beforehand.
Anyways her name is Lucia, and she is a sort of elf thingy person.
