So this bish Matsumoto-Yukino and I have both come to the conclusion that Graham looks like fucking Tony Stark. Which is seriously unintentional and now I can't stop seeing him as Tony. 😩 but you know what, whatever. Im too lazy to change him. Plus tony dont own them 70s vintage sunglasses lol. Anyone can wear them.

Graham is an alcoholic and smoker who deals with severe ptsd due to his time spent as a war veteran in Iraq. He's a medical doctor with combant experience and has killed more people than he can remember. Due to taking in the younger drug addicted sister of his friend, he must help her break her habits while also dealing with her extremely dangerous and abusive ex boyfriend.

The bloody hands are metaphors for the men he kills and tortures while trying to keep her safe. He reminds me a bit of Joel from the last of us.
