The thumbnail suggested far more skilled work. I´m sorry for that.
I make it short: I´m really upset for a couple of weeks now, my dad´s been playing the "nice and kind one" again and again I fell for it. Later I found out that he, again, used me for some business considering a concept idea, a sketch, for an idea he sold as his. Long story short, today I know why I stopped thinking about him.
Lex and Lionel´s relationship reminds me of mine and my dad´s, which is why I drew this; I needed something to get rid of my messy feelings. Derp
I could rant about this forever which is why I don´t even begin. pointless backgroud, Lionel, Lex etc.

I'm sorry about what happened between you and your dad. That's not cool. This picture however is exactly as the thumbnail suggested. One excellent piece of art! The fuzzy background really works well as the eyes focus on the characters. You did great at their expressions and showing an uncomfortable tension between the two. Nice job on the details and the smooth art!

Aw thank you. I tried to express some of their issues they usually hide, but hiss out as soon as an opportunity shows up.
I like their acting when the other one´s around. It reminds me of what life is like today. Refreshing not to see this unchallengeable hoping and trusting everywhere
