What is the cosplay made out of?

The armour is plastazote foam over upholstery foam, the wings are mostly cardboard filled with expanding foam, or foam/cardboard over an aluminium frame, and the digitgrade stilts are wooden

Not bad... the cardboard took a battering and the wing tips on one side fell off, but apart from that and a few surface repairs to do it held up well!
