Ah, ok. I once had a male fairy OC as well, and even got a fanfiction planned that would have him as the main protagonist. He was kind of the mysterious guy, where you kind of want to know more about him, but all your instincts tell you that it´s better not to know these things. 
I don´t have a name for him yet, but I always liked the name Victor, so let´s go with that.
He was the fairy of poison, being able to decompose most materials at will, create all sorts of poisons with his magic and so on and so forth. Of course he could also detect poisons and neutralize them if he wanted to, so yeah.
His bonded pixie was going to be the Pixie of Secrets, who looked like a ninja. Of course you couldn´t hide anything from this pixie. On the other hand, he never ever told someone´s secret to anyone.
Anyway, Victor was a really nice guy, just a bit socially awkward and a lone wolf. He didn´t like people entering his house, which had three reasons:
1. After the Winx restored magic on Earth, he moved there (and by "there", I mean Gardenia), meaning that his place was a mess at first.
2. His diet consists of many things that would proof fatal to most others, and he grows all of these things himself (he can safely consume these highly poisonous substances because he is used to them from his childhood. His family is weird...).
3. He owns a spider farm. And no, not these little ones you see every day, I´m talking hand-sized spiders
Also, after moving to Earth, Victor convinced a group of tourists that fairies are real, earning him Believix. He doesn´t use his Believix power that often, though, for two simple reasons:
1. It´s mind control. Seriously, how can the good guys do something like that?
2. I don´t know what it could be.

Well, for all I know Believix allowed the Winx to change a person´s personality to something they see as better.

Man, I really want to make a comic where some masked guy starts convincing the people of Gardenia that fairies are a threat. I mean, he/she wouldn´t even have a problem finding enough proof.
