Description
Necromantic Drow SorcererA devoted follower of both sorcery and necromancy. Spending most of ones life slaving over such dark magic has it rewards and its drawbacks. The obvious reward is power. The drawback is the effect that such forbidden knowledge has on ones mind. Though driven slightly mad by the pursuit of this dark magic, his variety of skills is an undeniable asset to his House and its Priestesses, and thus he is held in high regard. Being notoriously peculiar in nature and a bit of a recluse, these types spend more time with the dead than the living.

If you’re wondering why this might look a little different from my usual stuff it’s because I kept my pencils on this one. I felt like inking all those little chains was just asking for trouble so I just scanned in my pencil sketch and colored it in PS. I like it a LOT but it was a total bitch to color.

I love the way he is made rogue like. He brings out the sorcerous side of drow very well, where they don't use so much clumsy robes like wizard-bookworms do
The background is very Underdark-like, and the green color in the picture is overall fitting.
The coloring on the man is near perfect. His muscles visible clearly, the way you make the whole body look real and living, rather than skinny and liveless or weak. I also wonder and amaze how you managed to make the "soul", for it looks really awesome and exactly how I picture necromantic powers look like: skull-like and greenish ^^

I don't understand the whole tarot thing enough to make a deck. I thought about it at one point, but when I found out just how intricate and technical the images associated with tarot can be, I backed out. Too much stuff to do as it is anyway, hehe.

I love the pose and his face. His face tells us everything (you know what, you drew him). And about interpretation, can I? Soo...this is evil smile that show us he will get from death some undeads and order them to kill us...maybe not me, becouse I am superior...and not you, as his mistress, but other deviants for sure.
