Her feet are a bit big and how her right leg moves into her twisting torso looks awkward. I think it's her hips. The boobs are also too high up. The shading of her nose and mouth are nonexistent. I almost couldn't tell they were there.
The shading on her left leg has too much contrast. I think it should smooth around a little bit more; it looks almost like her leg is a block instead of a fleshy leg. And, her right foot is too small for the other foot. At the current perspective, the foot would not be so much smaller.
Other than that, the picture has good spacing and the color tone is very soothing. I've been looking at your gallery and your cloud paintings are fantastic.

Rating:7/10
I gave it that rating because it's just a character yknow? Nothing Truly amazing. :/
But mind you it IS done well. It actually shows great potential. The shading is done well and I like how you did the torso the most.
However her position seems to be a tad awkward her upper body is bend to far to left for her legs to actually be in the position they are. And she's got some weird blinding light going on with her face to it's somewhat distracting me.
Other than that though it's generally done well.

Thanks for the link, but I do not know how to set the brush settings from the image though... I know brush settings and such however it's quite difficult to make a half decent brush (tried all dynamics).

Well, the image was an example, not the actual brushes for you to use. :3
Here are the actual brushes: [link]

The Good:
At 6.5 heads, her proportions are starting to look almost normal. The painting/brushing/blending and colouring is all quite nice. There's also a sense of solidity about her, and the foreshortening isn't bad.
The Bad:
The sword itself looks flat, and the hand gripping the sword does not look right at all. I've seen you draw hands gripping things similarly. The face has that same flat animu thing going on that it usually does.
The Ugly:
The twist of the spine seems to be way too much. Her head seems to be facing the same direction as her pelvis, but her tits are glancing off at a 75 degree angle for no real reason from what I can gather. If it were possible to turn like that, and for all I know it may be, it'd be quite uncomfortable, and not something that a person would just casually do.
Draw yourself some stick figure mannequins and start posing them. Have some fun, examine references, experiment. Try and be loose and don't get too repetitive.
Good luck.

You need to break the face down into its base forms. You need to quit the anime faces for a while. That's probably the only advice I can really give.

The shading is done really nice on this for the most part so your studying payed off. But may i suggest in working some more with your basic anatomy and shading of the skin. Also when you choose your colors for shadow do you change the hue to go closer to colder colors? This makes a picture look much more appealing.

Well, there was no major source of ambient light here, except for a small one directly behind her. There's no large source of cool ambient light like the sky, which is why I didn't tint the shadows blue. I did try to insert something subtle, which you can see in the hair, the back of the legs, and her back.

Haven't I don't this, though?
Eyedrop the areas in light and those in shadow; there is a hue shift.
Perhaps I made the effect a bit too subtle?

I think perhaps a bit too subtle yes. It seems a bit dirty but the clothes do look nice. Mostly work on your shading of the skin(especially around the face.) That seems to be your weakest point.

It looks like you turned your base color more blue too though... To fix the shading on this specific piece i don't think you could unless you recolored it completely. I'm just telling you this for future reference. Did you just make the whole picture more blue?

I applied a selective cooling filter to the shadows.

Nonetheless, do you know why shadows are tinted blue?
I always thought that it was because of cool ambient light coming from a source such as the sky or being reflected off of cool-colored objects. Or that shadows looked "cool" in contrast to a warm light source. I don't feel comfortable just throwing in blue "just because it looks better"; I want a reason why.

Because it contrasts with the color of light. Light is a warm color. (a yellow shade)The lighter it is the more warm a picture looks right? That's why painting of nightime are usually cool colors and day time tends to have a lot of warm colors. However this doesn't change the base color unless you want to, to add effect. The base is whatever the true color is without shading. So when you shade that you bring the hue a little colder and make it darker. And if you add hightlights you do the opossite. Also i tend to make the shadows more saturated the darker they get. And when you highlight it gets lighter, warmer, and less saturated. So in short. Highlighting=Lighter, less saturation, warmer. Shading=darker, more saturation, cooler.
I change my hue's so much that sometimes when shading skin the darkest color is purple but my eyes still tell me it's the shadows of the skin. It's far more appealing to the eye to have many diffrent hues in a picture. A lot of people add blues and purples and all sorts of colors.
