Sadly this is the only stamp I've found so far of this pairing. Side note, do you why Tyki/Lavi is called Lucky cause I don't.

Someone told me that the name appeared by shortening lavi with just "La" and Tyki with "Ki" and together it becomes "LaKi" sounding like lucky when pronounced
