I decided that since the computer isn't working, I'll just take pictures of the drawing that I'm working on. They obviously won't look so great but when we fix the computer I'll replace these crappy pics with a better scanned picture::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::
Dib doesn't like the idea of Zim and Gaz's relationship, he thinks that Zim is using her. He doesn't want his little sister to get hurt by his rival so he tries everything to keep her away from zim

Is actually very kind of Dib to be worried about Gaz's welbeing, but at least this time our dear invader is true to his feelings. Hope Dib can realize it someday. Nice picture! I can feel the daggers Dib and Zim are sending.

Or not. Melissa Fhan herself said--and I quote--that "Gaz can love. She's just better than everyone else." The fact that Gaz and Zim are the only two majorly compatible characters, plus the fact that Richard and Melissa find the coupling concept cute, and that even JV himself said that if he had put romance in the show, Zim and Gaz would've most likely ended up together would also be proof positive that the couple works.

Great work here. Your art looks just like the show.
And all this for a rotten, selfish bitch who would knife him in the back as soon as look at him. Much as I like Dib, he is not the sharpest knife in the drawer when it comes to figuring out who deserves all this effort.
He tries to "save humanity," "save the earth," etc. but quite often I hear fans saying, whether in jest or not, that the way people treat each other etc. they don't deserve to be saved.
This is even more so the case with Gaz; as his sister she ought to show him some respect because he's her brother, and even more so because he thinks she's worth sticking his *own* neck out for. (as he does here)

Umm...if you're referring to Zim and Gaz together, they've a lot more commonalities than one thinks, despite the age and species difference, which--given Nicktoons like Aang/Katara and Dudley/Katswell--would be irrelevant. They both have a fondness for Gir, they both hate humanity--especially Dib--they use piggies constantly in their lives, they play video games (see pilot for Zim playing said game), eat the same food (albeit, Zim eats the Irken versions, since Zim Eats Waffles proves him allergic to human food), and both spaz out at the littlest things ("Dib stole the last slice of pizza...he will pay"; "Ahhh...Death Bee"), Gaz has no reason for saving Zim from Dib's first ever tirade yet she does, Gaz lets Zim touch her (a feat no one else would dare attempt), Gaz let him pry her precious Game Slave from her hands and instantly place it into her body, Zim is the only one to willingly get a laugh out of Gaz (albeit, often at his expense), Gaz is probably the only human Zim would both fear (although he'd deny this in public) and respect (all the others are stupid and Dib himself has a hero's complex that makes him weak in Zim's eyes), Gaz recognizes Zim as an alien and is okay with that and even accepts his attempts to conquer the earth that she knows are doomed for failure, Gaz would most likely prefer Zim as alien overlord due to the fact that Zim could be manipulated or coerced to do her bidding whereas Tak--in her brief appearance--would not be phased by Gaz's darkness (which is in itself, a rarity), et al.

Sorry 'bout that. Yes, I agree, Gaz would hurt Dib if she chose to get romantically involved with her brother's rival. But yet, Dib still has this hero's complex that causes him to want to save the world, especially if his more-than-capable sister is at risk.

Hmm, after thinking about all the episodes, I've concluded that Dib would be a lot better off if he *didn't* stick to that particular "family" member.

But he can't help it. It's the same with his fued with Zim. Even after giving up paranormal stuff for real science in "Mopiness of Doom", Dib still feels like he ought to expose Zim, just as without Dib as a foil, Zim loses his motivation to actually conquer the world, which leads to Jhonen ensuring that Zim "sees the beauty of humanity". But thankfully, even though Zim becomes good, the animosity between him and Dib resurfaces when Tak returns and coerces Dib to continue with the fight--if only to get revenge on Zim--and Gaz, surprising, goes to the side of her brother's rival. Cue "Invader Dib", where Tak and Dib are blasted Saturn--after Zim was nearly killed in "Ten Minutes 'Til Doom"--whilst Gaz and Zim go to Irk, Purple & Red are replaced as Tallest by Zim, and Gaz...well..she'd be the one actually giving instructions probably, since even Zim knows that Gaz is not one to mess with.

I suggest that she join him and inevitably become his Queen, because she would be with him (having no family left) and because she's the one being ZIM himself fears, which makes her the perfect candidate to be his Queen, especially since, per Invader Dib, by the time she sides with ZIM, there are no other Irkens to be competition for her.
