Description crust:
200 gram biscui of your choise
50 gram white chocolate
100 gram soft butter

filling:
400 gram cream cheese
100 gram sugar
100 ml orange juice
1 egg
200 gram white chocolate

topping:
caramel sauce

400 gram blue berries
2 bags of vanilla sugar
2 leaves gelatine

1. get a kitchen machine and basicly trow the ingedients for the crust togethere and mix untill you get a ice mixture, cover the bottem of your caketin with the mixture so you get an eve layer
2. mix the cream cheese sugar orange juice and the egg in a bowl with a mixer
3. chop the chocolate finely and stir through the cream cheese mixture
4. place the mixture over the crust and bake for 50 minutes in a preheated oven on 160 C
5. when your cake is cooled of you can spread the caramel sauce on top.

for the topping
1. place the blue berries vanilla sugar and 2 tablespoon of water in a pan and bring it to a boil.
2. palce the gelatine in a bowl of cold water to soften.
3. add the gelatine to the blue berries and stir well.
4. layer the topping over your cheesecake and place it in a fridge for a couple of hours
