Great job, especially with the shading on the face and the foreground/background contrast. Can't help but think that he would look more evil with a monocle (that's just me, though ).

Great job, wish that I could have a larger version though. Jack the Ripper was the first thing that came to mind. My only recommendations are to flesh out the hat and coat. They both look too flat compared to the well-defined skin. I think that the background needs a little tuning also. Maybe adding a brick texture to the current one, as if he is trapped in the room with the stuffed animals. Or creating an entirely new one, maybe an old street(Jack the Ripper era) background with teddy bears strung up all over the place.
