My very first custom pony commission! ;u;

Here's another fan favorite background pony, Octavia! I admit I have a soft spot for her as well, and I was really excited to make her. Her little bowtie is just precious and I love her expression. Much love for the music ponies!

I found her bangs to be a challenge. Here is my interpretation! I was careful to not trim the stylized bangs too much to allow my commissioner to style as they please. Styling is part of the fun of brushable ponies!

Rehaired with Dollyhair's Hematite (has a bit of a purple sheen to it to bring out the purple details of Octavia's color scheme)
Painted in acrylics and then sealed with a satin varnish and then further sealed with Testor's dullcote matte finish
Turnable head
Removable bowtie made of fabric and ribbon with a velcro fasten
