Maybe you should add something to the elbows on the front legs? They look a bit empty. And something on the forehead, like is present on normal Umbreon, since it seems like Mega evolutions tend to add to the original looks of the Pokemon, not take away a feature. But that's all I have to say. Keep drawing.
