Point Commission for of her Raichu/Rainbowchu character, Blanca. :3 She is so cute, it's not even funny. <3 Then again, I seem to have a natural attraction to characters with white fur and electric blue bits. :vI feel like I messed up on the hair and lashes, but meh. :c I sowwy on that part.
