Sad news... Very very sad news... 
Alan Rickman, the celebrated British film and stage actor best known for role in Harry Potter, has died aged 69 after suffering from cancer. Rickman passed away in London with his family by his side. His family said in a statement: “The actor and director Alan Rickman has died from cancer at the age of 69. He was surrounded by family and friends.”
Alan Rickman for me was incredible, brilliant, talented, unique man who seemingly had to live forever ... And so he is no longer in the world ... I hope you are now in a great kind beautiful place, Alan. We will always love you... Eternal blessed memory... You left a mark in the hearts of millions of people around the world, including mine... Thoughts and prayers with his family at this time... Alan was a great part in my youth, I'm a potterhead since 2001, I loved his character Severus Sn

Wow! Just... wow. I'm in love with this portrait! It's so beautiful! I wish it could move too, but it certainly looks like it's going to *am staring at the portrait, waiting for Snape to do something and trying not to blink for he could move while I do so* O.O .................. lol
