First time working with minky. So soft! But also slightly more difficult than fleece, due to the furry surface. And for some reason, it took me 3 or 4 tries to finally get the center strip of her head mostly cut and stitched properly, although I'm still not happy with the snout shape.

Aside from the butterfly bodies, irises, and eyelashes, the cutie marks and eyes are all minky too... even the pupils, which I used to do with thin black cloth, but the minky fur is too fluffy to do them as a third layer stitched over the white (they'd bulge out). So instead, I cut out part of the white to make way for the pupil, made them out of minky so they match the thickness of the white, and the iris stitching covers the transition. Worked great The gleams are a third layer over that, but they're supposed to stand out.

She's a little less than 6" long excluding the tail, which extends another 2.5 inches past her hooves.

The last picture is just for fun... that's a board game called Amun Re that my siblings and I play all the time (highly recommend it), and we always associate the land Damanhurrrrrr with horses (google image search "hurr i'm a hoers"), so I put this horse next to it, my sister put the dude that marks who's currently first in the turn order on her, took a picture, it was funny, and what better to do with funny things than post them on the internet?
