From the top of the Rockefeller building known as "Top of the Rock" -- view from there's really great both ways, north and south... I like it a lot better than the Empire State Building...

Oh my GOD! I LOVE city scapes. It's been so freeking long since someone has posted a well done city scape that I've seen. Man, this is making me down right giddy at the thought of it. Man, I love it, the colours, the contrast, the angle, the buildings, the lights.
I LOVE IT! Holy cow, I'm dead serious when I say that I would buy that if it was maybe a poster. Like... a 28" by 22" or something. God, it's perfect, I love it.
Keep this up. I love city scapes. You just caused a couple dozen joygasms to occur.

I gotta tell you, I've never really wanted to be in newyork, never really had a desire to be a newyork junkie.
But now I want to be there. You made it gorgeous. It reminds me of a book I read, just because it was set in newyork, and it make newyork beautiful, the way it described it.
