I had not done any sewing for a while and wanted to make something simple to restart. So I made some pouches from scraps. And then I went wild with embroidery...
This one is brown wool lined with dark red wool, so the whole thing is rather sturdy. A good canvas to embroider on, but a bit hard to draw shut. Not much more to say here.
The griffon design was inspired by this .
The red and white border at the opening was done by this tutorial . It's in German, but the pictures should be easy enough to understand.
