I'm still admireing this piece... It's realy a big wow for me, and creates so much emotion... I was thinking though... Would it be possible to add like a orange glow also coming from here... Like a ribbon of llight almost... I just imagined that in my head and it felt appealing.... Love this picture though.

It has a dark almost frightening feel to it with the butterflies, which is interesting because usually butterflies represent things cute and cuddly.

First I saw the butterflies and thought, "Wow, that's beautiful!" Then I saw where they were coming from and the expression on the girl's face and thought, "God, that looks painful..." Then I read your comment and everything came together perfectly. This is a truly amazing piece.

This is incredible. It is so powerful, and so beautiful. The dark forest with the rays of light filtering through is wonderful.

Now this is just fab! The red butterflies stand out quite brilliantly against the much darker background, it almost reminds me of blood spatter, the way they've scattered.
The painterly texture is also wonderful, it adds a rough, but real appearance to it. Lighting is also great, as well as the shading.
In conclusion a relaly great piece that is both strong visually and conceptually
