hmmm well its kind of expensive, and you def need a good tablet, which is also expensive, but as far as figuring it out its not too complicated, a few youtube tutorials should do the trick if you have trouble.
but if you have never ever EVER used online drawing before, might be a tad tough to get used to. But like i said, youtube some tutorials and you should be good to go.
