We decided to have breakfast in Amity Square this morning, a picnic with our Pokemon to start the day. While enjoying our food, I saw this golden balloon float on by. Its trainer came by soon after yelling at Drifblim to come back down. We offered it some food to help the trainer get it back. He was grateful and let us know that he will be in the Pokemon contest finals today. We look forward to seeing its performance, and wished the trainer the best of luck during the show.

Often seen at dusk drifting along silently on air currents, it is said that it transports the souls of the departed on to the afterlife. As it floats through the air, if you listen closely, you can hear its melancholy song drift through the air. These two facts have led to many romanticizing this Pokemon, writing many poems and songs about it. It is able to control its height by expanding or contracting its body controlling its overall density.
