Description
In a random moment, I began to sketch her. I liked the sketch, and inked/colored it over the weekend.

Oh indeed, her standing above an ocean cliff with the Sea Breeze blowing in her face is absolutely lovely.

Nice artwork of her. She looks a bit sad though. Hopefully, she'll get back to travelling with Ash and Brock, or at least get back to travelling and pursuing her goal instead of being holed up in a gym.

Tips! you want some?
Her knees are a bit down so make her looks tall for her age, rising a bit that shape would help to make her looks more short?
Shading of the character is elaborated , it makes background look a bit flat - the floor area mostly - adding some shadow simulating creases in the ground would help to visual effect I think?
And some glow from sun in the water and sky colors, ilumination in the scene too!
The outline colored makes a good effect here, specially in areas like trousers
