Is this on wood board where the gesso is put on and sanded before you buy it or did you do the gesso/sanding yourself?

I'd call this fake. Who draws photofinish on half a picture? Someone who erased the other half in photoshop, thats who.

I draw like that because I'm right handed and I don't want to smudge the pencil.

Ever heard of the amazing thing called workflow? The artist works from one side to another to minimize the risk of smudging the picture.
So I'd call YOU a fake.

That is not a drawing workflow for realistic looking portrait, especially of this size. Workflow is sketch>draft>details (to keep proportions, texture, shades the same). This is obviously fake, not only for the reason of the workflow, but also there many other details that any artist can immediately identify. Look close it the painted side and and at his pencil lines. He draw like first grade and texture of the finished side very different from the pencil that he uses... Another one dept of field - obviously camera lens like (and he is not using any reference picture, though even with reference picture it is impossible to create exact dept of field like a camera - you are not computer). I can tell you 20 more facts, but I will give you 2 most important so you can shut up - where is even 1 video of this artist actually painting and finishing at least one detail on the video? It doesn't exist! he only have included in videos these same picture... FAKE, FAKE, FAKE!!! If he was real worldwide galleries would fight to display his art - he has NONE in the galleries.

No denying that you have an insane ability as a pencil arstist. But, is there a point in which this becomes more about patience and copying? I know my drawings aren't the most realistic ever, or compare to this, but i always feel that if i drew a portrait this size and took 100 hours as opposed to 10 hours, that it's pretty achievable.
