Tradition has it that French children put their shoes in front of the fireplace, in the hopes that Père Noël (aka Papa Noël) will fill them with gifts. Candy, fruit, nuts, and small toys will also be hung on the tree overnight.

Haha, sometimes he's not a brat (he seems like he really could be if he wanted) but there's also this innocence and cuteness about him that makes you sure he's a good kid despite being spoiled to the bone (what the hell happened when he grew up then? XD)

I think so too- i like keeping him innocent and cute as possible ( i tend to believe it was his future boss's and past baby chibi life with grandpa rome and a few present influences, that as a while made him to be the way he is as a grown country- though his good heartedness that he learned from mon chef stays with him, that is what makes him be good even as an adult at times)

yeah, and what's better is that since we have 13 santas you get gifts in your shoe thirteen times in december! And there are no worries about the treats melting since it can be pretty cold at these times of the year
