I don't think it needs improving... I like the rugged, unfinished look. It looks like an etching.

Guess you're right, the etching is looking good, but i still missing something ?
Maybe some color ? If you like i have a colored version`, which i can upload to my gallery for you to see.

I kind of like the black and white. It's different!
Maybe you could add some detail in the left bottom corner? Like hands or something. It might help with the balance of the composition?? (not that it's bad, just a suggestion).
