I like that you took a lot of awesome ideas and inspirations from actual uniforms (like the flag on the back, etc) - then fantasized them to really make them stand out more. Looks awesome ;v;

You really brought the character concept to life. The animal choice coinciding with the color scheme is simple but an lively simplicity. Overall, this character art is alive and certainly and formidable to me.
