Description Hey, everyone! I forgot to say that the Barem marked the beginning of a new, fairly short arc, Mothra 2! And Dagahra here ends it. Dagahra was mostly freestyle too, though the crests are from Allosaurus. With that said, on with the show!

MONARCH files:
Dagahra by Ishiro Serizawa
Created by the Atlanteans thousands of years ago, Dagahra was a Kaiju designed to absorb the massive amounts of pollution the aliens dumped into the seas. For a few years, this actually worked, but everything fell apart when a group of Athenian miners awoke a colony of parasitic Cretaceous starfish, the Barems. These horrible creatures parasitised Dagahra, siphoning off the pollution he’d absorbed and creating deadly toxins from it. Driven mad by the constantly reproducing parasites, Dagahra rampaged across the Mediterranean before Gamera defeated him, throwing him into the Strait of Messina unconscious. Dagahra’s absorption and regurgitating of water created whirlpools in the region and subsequently the myth of Charybdis. Dagahra’s power set included absorbing pollution, generating a variety of beams including lightning, crimson energy and a special variety of mana called irabushan and creating a tornado of lightning and (when parasitised) Barems. Reawakening in early 2021 due to Hedorah’s carcass being stored on a MONARCH base and wanting to absorb all that pollution, Dagahra continued his reign of terror. Battra arrived to investigate the Barems and as a result the two fought, with Battra losing. Forced to seek out Mothra’s help, the divine moth siblings fought Dagahra together and ended the tortured creature’s existence, as well as the Barems’. Now on better terms with each other but still enemies, the divine moths left each other without incident this time. Hedorah’s carcass was frozen and moved to Antarctica just in case, and Dagahra’s body moved with it.
Dagahra, the Barems, Mothra, Hedorah and Battra belong to Toho
Gamera belongs to Kadokawa
