Set the timer and did as much watercolor I could do and then stopped at the buzzer. Didn’t quite finish the hair and scarf but I’ve learned I muck with painting too much and end up with mud. With watercolor sometimes less is more. Poor Colin Morgan is my guinea pig for watercolor practice.Related content

LOL, Colin is hard but I do him so much that I just "know" how his face works now. Pretty creepy in a way, definitely would be creepy to him. I mean no harm, I just think his face is pretty and fun to do.
I can NOT do acrylics. Watercolor is very very very hard enough. I just keep practicing.

Have you gone digital? I wondering how traditional translate to digital. Hard to spend so much money on a tablet and not be any good with it.

Well... enless an ancient laptop with an ancient version of microspoft paint counts... as that seams to be where most of my DA merlin art is (i did that when the last series was on the telly... and i was meant to be writting essays)
And most of my cartoony work is done using marker pens and a sketch book

The idea of getting the exact color you want is fun too.

I have an Wireless Intuos 4 for home and a small Bamboo pen&touch for school. I love my Intuos, I feel that the Bamboo seems to lag a bit strangely :S .

Me again! I was talking to someone that said there was a little lag time with the Wireless Intuos. Do you find this happening too?

To be honest, I never tried the Wireless mode. Never needed to, the cord is long enough lol. I think I bought this one because it had more pen nibs in case something happends.
Otherwise, works great with the cord plugged in; never had a probleme.
