Description
This is part of a very large digital painting I did at work. If was used in a gigantic display for a trade show booth. As such, it's took forever because I had to zoom in really tight on the painting to get in all the detail I could. The booth is approximately 107 inches long and 87 inches high. At 300 dpi, that means a huge file size. My computer pretty much hated me...Photoshop

Wow! The anatomy, colors, lighting, perspective.... it all looks so good, and will surely be amazing to see once finished and in real-life.

Thanks for your comment! I am actually a hunter myself, but don't do too much of it anymore. I'm very much for hunting for meat only and using as much of the animal as possible. Fortunately, I can even use feathers since I paint on them as an art form

Well, since I'm a vegetarian, hunting for meat isn't something I'd do anyway |3 But I don't discriminate, I hate....

Yesh! I thought so too. And dem hunters better not give me the 'controlling wildlife'/'keeping the population healthy' crap
If they'd want to do that properly they'd do it the way predators do, kill the weak (young, old, sick, etc). But those don't have the nice antlers, do they?

Thanks! I wanted the effect from the warm light on the right to be balanced out or even contrasted by the blue soft light on the left. I like how it turned out as far as that goes
