A finished portrai of Dr. Greg. House.My scanner is kind of half-broken so the scan is crappy, and because of that the left side of his face is darker than the right one, IΒ΄m sorry for that.
Used: Pencils (2H, B, 3B); Rubber; White Gel-Pen
Took me like 6 hours or something like that

I was going to say the same thing about his expression. Nice work on this one. Do you tend to use a white gel pen a lot to add white into a dark backround and such. I am trying to find another way to incorporate white into a sketch. Thanks.

yes I have tried many thigs like white ink, watercolour, acrylics and much more, but till now I think the gel pen is the only one of these, which works somehow so I use it...
but only for the thigs I canΒ΄t do with the rubber.
So I am still looking for a good whitening tool^^ If I find one I really like I will tell you
