I'm not that fond of lion king stuff as it appears to be a rip-off from the Kimba series, but I really love how you drew Kimba/Leo in the popular Disney style. Love it!

I feel like that if they decided to completely remake kimba, it would blow lion king out of the water.

Who knows really. One of the reasons why The Lion King is soo big is because it was released by the Walt Disney Company. Which is just such a global entertainment giant. And also it had a lot of elements working for it at the time of it's release.
Though they did make another Leo The Lion anime feature not too terribly long ago, if memory serves correct.
I believe it was called 'The Jungle Emperor Leo'? If I recall correctly, there were maybe 2-3 TV shows? And possible 2 feature anime films? I could be very wrong, I am not an expert on Leo The Lion/Kimba The White Lion. I am just mildly familiar with it.

Yeah, but the new movie just isn't REALLY Kimba. Mr. Tezuka had absolutely nothing to do with it. They changed it too much.

I LOVE KIMBA! I have him on dvd! I have Leo the Lion on dvd! I am so good at drawing him! I have a t shirt! I have a poster! I have a PLUSH KIMBA! I have the largest fanart gallery on his site! I accidently gave that site to KimbaBIGGESTfan. Its NOT a fact that shes his biggest fan because that's ME. I have had dreams with him in them. I had a dream based on him and his jungle. IT WAS SO COOL! I wish I could re dream that dream!!!
