I think he looks pretty badass but I vaguely remember him.. XD What was the storyline in movie 3?

I haven't watched it in a bit, so I'll give you the drunken memory version of it...
Tulluce goes to earth, plants some tree that produces some magical fruit that boosts up his strength, he beats the crap out of Goku and everyone, Goku forms a Genki Dama on Tulluce and he dies.
I'm sure it was a little more interesting than that... but like I said, he's pretty much a gray, evil Goku.
