I'm not big on total loss of original self, which is what we seem to get here. Mind you, most boys wouldn't want to both become her and be aware that they were once male. The right guy might like it very much and be her all the way, pretending she'd never been anyone but her own cute self.
Of course in the Abridged Series we get some possessions...
