How did you get the "rain look" on this? I checked your Texture stock links and didn't see rain as a texture. And no brushes. Can you enlighten me?

Oh, and I really like this image, or I wouldn't be asking about the rain effect.

Sure, I rarely use rain brushes, I make it myself. Something like this: New layer/fill with black/filter-add noise/filter-blur-motion blur/and the finish touch is with levels. And this drops that looks like rain's bouncing over his shoulders that actually is some kind of texture but I can't remember where I found it. But that also can be done with filters/noise. Hope this helps.

Of course, I don't mind at all. And btw, I forgot to say that at the end I blend that layer with "screen" if I remember correctly. But that can also be a choice since different blend style adds different effect (stronger or weaker or softer...).
